Hybel rotary flow dividers can be applied to coordinate the movement of hydraulic cylinders, causing the powering of the cylinders to be synchronized. They can power two or more cylinders in synchrony. It can also work on the coordination of hydraulic motors, keeping the synchronism in the rpm of the motors.
Also applied to several pumping systems, this function is important because the flow has to be accurately distributed among the several components of a hydraulic circuit.
The rotary flow divider also works as a pressure intensifier. In this case, the equipment increases the pressure for a certain part of the hydraulic system. For example, one of the outlet of a flow divider of two equal sections that receives oil at a pressure of 100 bar can be connected to a tank because its shaft is shared; the other outlet can theoretically have its pressure doubled.
